This week, Petra integrates all of the previous classes into a level 2 full body strength, balance and stability class. The perfect way to round off your Yoga for Strength before the Winter holidays.
Yoga is not proven to increase bone density but it may help you to develop muscle engagement and tone, support bone health, posture and balance to improve stability in specific yoga poses. Yoga can also reduce stress, improve sleep and refresh fatigue, which benefit your health and wellbeing.**
