Join Petra Coveney's weekly class for developing strength, balance and stability in your yoga practice.

Petra's classes include the use of body weight plus optional Pilates resistance bands & hand weights.*


Each week, Petra will focus on a different part of the body, starting this week with Pelvic floor and Abdominal 'Core' muscle engagement.


Yoga is not proven to increase bone density but it may help you to develop muscle engagement and tone, support bone health, posture and balance to improve stability in specific yoga poses. Yoga may also reduce stress, improve sleep and refresh fatigue, which benefit your health and wellbeing.**
