About the event
Petra's classes include the use of body weight plus optional Pilates resistance bands & hand weights.*
Each week, Petra will focus on a different part of the body. The focus this week is on leg and gluteal muscle strength and balance.
Yoga is not proven to increase bone density but it may help you to develop muscle engagement and tone, support bone health, posture and balance to improve stability in specific yoga poses. Yoga may also reduce stress, improve sleep and refresh fatigue, which benefit your health and wellbeing.**
What you need:
1x yoga mat
1x yoga block/brick or cushion.
