Join Petra Coveney's weekly class for developing strength, balance and stability in your yoga practice.
This week the focus is on lower body strength: legs and gluteal muscles.
Video recordings of this class will be sent to everyone who books this class. You will also receive a video featuring PT Sarah Adarkwa demonstrating a warm up sequence, the safe use of hand weights and lower body strength exercises.
