About the event

Join Petra Coveney for her weekly 60 minute class combining functional fitness and Menopause Yoga techniques to developing physical strength, balance, posture and emotional resilience to help you feel Strong, Steady and Empowered in menopause and after. Each week she will focus on a different area of your body and incrementally build the practice step-by-step.


Please note: Modifications will be offered for common health conditions and menopause symptoms. Petra can give general guidance on the safe use of hand held weights, but this is an online group class so she is unable to give personalised guidance and you must take responsibility for your own health and safety.


Props:

1x yoga mat, 2x blocks or bricks, 1x yoga belt or strap, 1x blanket 1x bolster for relaxation pose at the end of class.


hand weights: optional use of weights between 1kg-5kg.
