Join Menopause Yoga founder Petra Coveney for her weekly live online class.

Each week she focusses on a different symptom and offers yoga tools that may help you alleviate these sensations.

Classes may focus on:

- Night Sweats

- Rage and irritability

- Anxiety & heart palpitations

- Insomnia & Fatigue

- Brain fog & & Overwhelm

- Joint & muscle discomfort

- Bloating & Digestive health

- low mood and lethargy

-Strength & Empowerment

PROPS:

You will need:

Glass of water

Pen and paper to write on

Yoga mat

Comfortable seat (block/bolster ot chair)

2x cushions

1-2x blankets

1x eye mask if you have one.

ADDITIONAL PROPS.

If you are a yoga teacher you may have these props at home which will be useful:

1x yoga strap/ bekt

2x yoga blocks

1x yoga brick

1x weighted eye bag
