About the event
Join Petra Coveney for a 60 minute class aimed at developing physical strength, balance and emotional resilience for long-term health & wellbeing. This class includes Yoga, resistance bands and uses your body weight. Each class includes stretching and relaxation.
This Level 1 class is suitable for beginners and people who want to carefully develop the exercise techniques safely. Please read the Health Waiver below.
Your teacher?
Petra is an internationally respected Senior Yoga teacher, Teacher Trainer for the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Australia and Yoga professionals. She is a professional Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and author of two books on Menopause Yoga, published by Singing Dragon Books.
