I’ve been struggling to find that sweet spot between automating our marketing and keeping things personal. We’re a mid-sized real estate agency, and lately we’ve started using more automated tools to post listings and social updates. It saves tons of time, but I worry that clients might feel we’ve become too “robotic.” Has anyone found a way to keep communications authentic while still letting automation handle most of the workload?
