Both options seem appealing for different reasons, but I’m unsure how the legal steps differ when purchasing land compared to residential units. Some listings mention that plots require additional checks before the contract can be registered, while completed homes seem more straightforward. Since I’m planning my budget and timeline carefully, I don’t want unexpected delays.
