I founded the Menopause Yoga teacher Training course in 2019 at Dr Louise Newson's Menopause & Wellbeing Centre and have trained over 400 teachers worldwide. I run monthly workshops both online and in person, as well as one-day Menopause Awareness courses and classes, and the 5-day TT course which is accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals. In 2021, my first book was published by Singing Dragon Books titled 'Menopause Yoga - A Holistic Guide to Supporting Women on Their Menopause Journey.'

The book includes a forward by Dr Louise Newson as well as expert articles on nutrition, herbal remedies, vitamin supplements and advice on journaling and self-care.
