Good Mood Food Guide



I was delighted to team up with Poppy from Good Mood Food Ldn for my recent Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing workshop.

Organised by JCW Fitness in Muswell Hill, the 20 women were treated to delicious hemp and cacao energy balls, pearlescent elixir and a green goddess smoothie. Hmmmm....


Poppy has created a little guide to the ingredients she used and how they can boost your mood during menopause.
