Megs Menopause supports Menopause Yoga


Finding the right balance of vitamins and minerals during menopause can cause a headache. There are various different products out there on the market.


I am very happy to have teamed up with Meg Matthews whose Megs Menopause MenoBlend of vitamins and minerals, including calcium can easily be added to drinks.

And the great news is - it's vegan and uses recycled packaging.


Here are some of the ingredients and benefits:

Calcium for the maintenance of normal bones.

Vitamin C that contributes to normal collagen formation of the skin and bones.

Complex B vitamins including;

Folic Acid,

Niacin (Vitamin B3) & Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

B6 vitamins that contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity.


How does it work?


In the morning, I stir the sachet of powder into approximately 150ml of water or almond milk, or a smoothie.
