I am delighted to announce that the highly regarded Ali Masterman has joined the Menopause Yoga team as an external teaching assessor and Restorative yoga trainer.
Ali supported teachers on the 2nd Menopause Yoga TT in November 2019, and received fantastic feedback from the trainees. Ali will continue in this role, alongside MY founder Petra Coveney, assessing teachers on the London-based Teacher Training course in 2020, and sharing her knowledge of Restorative yoga.
Petra met Ali during one of her Menopause Yoga workshops, in 2018, and recognised their shared passion for supporting women through menopause. They also both trained to teach Restorative yoga with Anna Ashby at Triyoga studio, one of London's premier yoga studios.
"Menopause Yoga includes Restorative yoga poses that help women in menopause to manage symptoms such as anxiety, insomnia and fatigue," says Petra. "So I am delighted that Ali will be joining the training team both as an teaching assessor and sharing her Restorative yoga knowledge. Welcome Ali!"
