Write Your Menopause Story Workshop October 17th 2-5pm

As we look out of the window and see the leaves turning brown, it reminds us that trees let go of what they no longer need, every year. Naturally.

Perimenopause can feel psychologically like a time of letting go of the past, and how we have identified ourselves.

Physically we are learning to let go of the reproductive stage of our lives, and whatever that may mean for us as individuals.

There can be feelings of loss and grief- or relief.

But it is also an opportunity to let go of unhealthy habits and ways of thinking. And its an opportunity to make space for new things in your life.

These are themes that best-selling author Noelle Harrison and I will be exploring on our Writing Your Menopause Story Workshop.

There will be yoga to unleash your imagination, creative writing exercises to stimulate your story telling - and a lot of laughter along the way.

If this sound inviting, then please do join us on Sunday 17th OCTOBER from 2-5pm.

We have deliberately kept the cost down to only £18 for Menopause Month.

Be part of the Story by Writing Your Menopause Story.

This was a thoughtful and encouraging article. I appreciated how you explained the connection between seasonal changes and perimenopause in such a calm and relatable way. The reflections on well-being, balance, and self-care made the topic feel approachable and supportive for readers going through similar experiences. I recently came across a similar discussion connected to https://www.sherwaytrilliumdental.ca/, where the importance of overall wellness and maintaining healthy routines was also mentioned in a very natural and positive way. Thank you for sharing such an insightful perspective.
